Owner's Usage: 30 days usage per annum

Terms & Conditions:

  • Reservation must be made 30 days in advance prior to Check-in date.
  • Reservation will be based on Unit availability of the same unit type and view.
  • No Black-out dates.
  • Unused days cannot be carried over to the next year.
  • Usage days can be utilized by owner's family & friends.
  • No pets or smoking is allowed inside the Unit.
  • Unit Owner are not allowed to rent out the unit themselves.
  • Mandatory cleaning service every 3rd day and check-out day.

Common Area Management Fee: THB 80/sq.m./month (paid yearly in advance)
